Gregg Rossman
Gregg Rossman is an accomplished litigator with over 30 years of trial experience. In the 20 years he served as an Assistant State Attorney, Gregg tried some of the most complicated and high profile cases in Broward County history. Many of those cases have been featured in local and national media. Gregg is a second generation Miamian who has deep roots in the South Florida community. Gregg has very strong ties and connections in the law enforcement community in particular.
Gregg’s main areas of practice include acting as the Legal Advisor to several law enforcement agencies, providing comprehensive legal training to law enforcement throughout the State, representing municipalities in administrative hearings, providing independent, outside investigations for both public and private entities, and acting as general counsel for pension boards. Gregg is also the Founder/Owner and Managing Attorney of the firm.

Mike Spano
Michael F. Spano is an experienced attorney with a diverse professional background. Prior to law school, Mike spent several years as a computer analyst with a large software provider and worked as an accountant in a well-known CPA firm in Miami.
Mike main areas of practice focus on Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Formation. His previous experience contributes to his Estate Planning expertise. He has practiced in the fields of Investment Management and is well versed in Business Regulation, Business Formation, and Pension Law. Mike worked for years as the Chief Compliance Officer for an Investment/Insurance Company. In that role, he reviewed a broad array of contracts, rules, statutes and regulations to ensure compliance on behalf of the company. Mike can advise entrepreneurs on the best organization to utilize (LLC, Partnership, Inc.) and the best practices to be used to protect your business from liability.

Kristen Gomes
Kristen Gomes attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law with the sole intention of returning home to Broward County to serve her community. She used her time in law school to develop her trial skills and served as Vice President of the UF Law Trial team. After graduating, she accepted a position at the Broward State Attorney’s office where she spent 8 years working with law enforcement to successfully prosecute thousands of criminal cases. Kristen brings her litigation experience as a former prosecutor who spent her final years of service prosecuting violent career criminals and homicides. Having taken over 50 cases to jury trial, Kristen was assigned both complex and high-profile cases in Broward County which were televised both locally and nationally.
Kristen is a first generation American also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. She has a deep appreciation for the American legal system and passion for working with and training law enforcement in the application of the law. Kristen has been working with Gregg for almost two years as a presenter in multiple FDLE funded continuing education legal classes. She will focus heavily on expanding legal training and seminars presented by Rossman Legal and offer support to the municipal police department clients contracting with Rossman Legal.
